7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Use:
- Any unlawful use or activity is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Subleasing the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. The vehicle must not be used for purposes it was not intended for, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Brentford is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your usage of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
